CANCELLATION POLICY

💖 Cancellations between 24 hours - 12 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. 💖 Cancellations between 12 hours - 0 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. 💖 “No shows” for first time clients will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and will not be able to book any future appointments. 💖 I completely understand that life happens and things come up! Please understand that your time slot is held in advance for you and when you cancel/reschedule last minute I’m not guaranteed to fill in that spot. And by agreeing to booking you are agreeing to pay the fee if need be.
